Payment

1. I only accept payment in EUR and via Paypal invoice.

2. Payment plans can be available only over 100 EUR amount. Payment plans will be discussed with the buyer in private through a contact provided by them.

3. Payment must be made within 48 hours of agreement. If payment is not made within this time, the sale will be canceled.

4. The purchase includes digital material, it does not include a sale of a full right to create marketing products or commercial material.

Cancellation or refunds

1. I have the right to cancel a commission at any time, a full refund would be available only if requested befor the sketching shape.

2. Should the client decide to cancel the order, in any time, the sum will be refunded based on the work done up to that point.

3. The refund based on the work done, is activated if the work in question includes the step beyond the sketches. If the work includes only the sketch, the refund would be in full.

1. I have the right to accepet or deny your commission.

2. when full payment is made, the customer will receive a sketch based on the latter's requests. If the sketch does not respect the client's wishes, a new sketch will be made.

3. The client can grant that they commission is not made public definitively or by a date chosen by they.

However, the piece in question could still be used in my commission sheet or personal portfolio.

4. For payment plans, I will not go beyond the coloring process until the payment is completed.

5. If you have chosen to keep the commission private, be sure to save all files. I will not be able to provide any material once the commission is fully completed, the files will be deleted.

6. I do not accept Commissions without you already having a Design of the Oc in question, and if precisely on the basis of my free will I decide to accept it, you will pay a sum of + 40 € or more based on the complexity of this theoretical design.

7. Don't pressure me while drawing, keep in mind that I can't stay at the computer all day, and between point and another I need to disconnect with personal art, so don't rush me and don't ask all the time, since you'll be updated when there are updates.

Method and WIP's

1. The waiting time for your commission should not last more than a month, barring a hitch.

2. The wait may vary depending on the waiting list. Precedence will be given in order of request.

3. The wips will be provided only for the creation of the draft. However, you can request a Wip for each step of the work in progress. (eg. Sketch, Lineart, Colors and atmofera colors.) Shading isn't included.

4. During sketch pashe you are welcome to ask changes but Please keep in mind that multiple requests for changes during the various processes may increase the cost of the part.

Character reference

1. I only accept clear reference sheets. Piece, scattered drawings and moodboards will be rejected. However, if you don't have a reference, a readable full-body photo and / or 3D model with a clear and easily usable palette may be accepted.

2. I would like total understanding and permission to play your character if they don't reflect my style very much and / or I have to adapt it to my art.

The changes will be minimal and difficult to identify in the final result.

3. If the character is changed during the commission process and I am not informed of it, I am not responsible for the incompatibility of the project. If the changes are noticeably large, but you still want the commission with those changes, the cost may require an additional fee.

Any profit movement on my works will not be accepted. The person responsible for commercial copies and their production will be permabanned and blacklisted for any kind of future interaction.

1. I, the creator and artist of the work, own full rights to the original artwork. It could be used as an example for future commissions or for your personal portfolio.

2. You have no right to alter, modify and copy my work. DON'T remove the watermark / signature and keep the credits.

3. You can repost the artwork. However please keep the watermark clearly visible and/or if it should be cut off please provide credit or a link back to my page.

4. I do not authorize any kind of commercial distribution of my works. It would be welcome if you didn't use my art as a commercial or marketing product for your own interest.

5. If you intend to print an artwork from me for totally personal use, for example: a covers, a t-shirt, a sticker ... It would be appreciated that permission be asked to me.

I can't assure my positive answer. in any case it would be appreciated to ask, thanks.

Buy purchasing a design from me, you agree the following terms:

1. If you buy from me an adopt or a custom design, I only ask the credits for it. This also means when/if this design will be resale. I just ask to be credited.

2. The design can be traded or resold.

The resale sum of the design must reflect the purchase sum. Unless if it is being resold along with other Artworks.

3.It must be taken into account that you are buying the rights for a design and not the rights for a possible species. If I keep the rights to an original species, on which however I am selling designs, you are not buying the property rights to the species but only to the design.

In other views, you can't make a closed specie out of my concept. I may recicle and use that specie concept for others adopt. However, credit is required.

4. You can alter and modify a design to your liking, changing the specie or adding on a closed specie is alright as long as the rights to the original design belong totally to me. HOWEVER you cannot make any changes on the original artwork you bought from me.
